Before any system leaves our facility, our certified technicians at TBC IT DEPOT conduct thorough inspections and essential operations, including BIOS setup, controller configuration, array creation (if applicable), and driver updates.

Please note: We do not install operating systems.

Shipping: We ship all orders via Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS, and occasionally use Canada Post for certain locations. Tracking numbers will be provided directly on the Order Detail Page. 

Warranty:
We recognize that, occasionally, returning an item may be necessary. Below is a detailed overview of our return policy:
We will replace defective or damaged products within the warranty period, which is 30 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. Please note that we do not accept returns except for DOA (Dead on Arrival) items. 

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
