Our Warranty

At ProTechIT, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every item we sell comes with a 6-month Return to Base warranty (unless stated otherwise), starting from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers any hardware defects that occur under normal usage conditions. If you experience any issues with your refurbished computer or device during this period, simply return it to us, and we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost to you.

What’s Covered:

• Hardware defects arising from normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Software-related issues, user data or personal files.

• Problems resulting from misuse, accidental damage, mishandling, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
