How To Maintain & Store Your Trumpets?
Please pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of your trumpet. It is highly recommended to clean it at about one or two months and refer to the instruction for details.
When piston slide inflexibly, it means that has a large amount of saliva, prevents the piston from sliding and needs to be cleaned it out. (Notice: Lubricating material not included)
The pistons need to be maintained one by one. Do not assemble them in the wrong position to cause not make a sound. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the piston at will.
Take it lightly and put the white protective case on and store it in the hard-shell nylon bag. Store it in a dry environment at room temperature to avoid functional problems.

Return for Refund:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned item must be in the original packaging and condition showing no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier , insure your package when returning your item. Yinfente Music Store is not responsible for shipping damages for returns.
Exchanges:
If you have discovered that you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, please contact us . You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping does not apply to exchange merchandise.
Damage Upon Arrival / Discrepancies:
If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrupted box).
