First time seeing it, looks like it's dyed (overdyed) or garment dyed. It's a rare item

Grey with lavender added. Shoulder part is made of chemical material often used for chemical protective

Zip ventilation at sides. Super high neck that covers the face. Drawstring allows you to change the shape freely. Use it as a chemical protective smog jacket or smock parka

The lining is made of seam tape like Gore-Tex tape. There is no deterioration and it can be worn beautifully

It's not noticeable at all, but there is something like lavender color soaking into the stitching. Small stain next to the pocket. Faint white marks on the back and hood. Small stain on the back of the right armpit There is some looseness in the seam tape, but it is not falling apart or smelling due to deterioration. It is in pretty good condition considering it was made at that time.
