    • If you need to return any equipment within the warranty period, we offer a hassle-free return process.
    • To initiate the return process, simply contact us on eBay, and we will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you.
    • To receive a full refund, please ensure that all original packaging, equipment, and accessories are returned. Please avoid writing directly on the original box or packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
    • For defective items, Inteleca will cover the cost of return shipping. However, buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. If you report an item as defective and we determine it is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
    • In case of a defect within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the item, based on the nature of the issue and available stock. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a full refund.
    • We understand that sometimes packaging or seals may be compromised when inspecting a new item, and we will accept returns of new items with a 25% restocking fee.
