If you wish to cancel or return your order prior to shipment please contact us through the eBay messaging service. In order to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Prior to returning your item you must contact us through the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with the relevant returns information. Once we have received and processed your return the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund times can vary but typically take 3-5 working days to be processed by the bank.

Unless previously agreed all returns are sent back at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked service and retain the proof of postage.
