RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description).

Please Note: Due to the high-precision nature of all Shears and Scissors we sell; we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 10 days. If product is found to be defective on receipt, you may return for exchange of same product.

Items must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial refund.  After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

RETURNS: If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Most items can now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g.  just didn't like it, does not fit, found better price, changed my mind, item defective, etc.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated EBay system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return, I will process refund.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount. Each item added does add weight which will add to shipping cost. All items must be paid for on one invoice to qualify for shipping discount. Any shipping discount should be automatically applied by eBay when you checkout. If in question, please message me before making payment. I cannot process refunds on shipping once items have been paid for.

I am a USA seller selling Products made for use in the USA & CANADA-unless otherwise stated in ad description ALL items are set up for USA/Canada 110 volt and would need some type of voltage transformer and/or plug adapter (generally available at any electronics store) to work properly outside of USA/Canada.
