This is the metal panel with the woodgrain overlay

Includes the large plastic bezel that it mounts to 

(as shown in pics)

Mounting holes / tabs on both sides of black plastic bezel are broken (see pics)

Vent area is damaged (see pics)

Lower right hand side of black plastic bezel was broken off and glued back on (see pics)
