RARE Vintage Rolls Royce Bentley Newport Beach License Plate Frame. Some paint has chipped away on black part and also white part. Chrome is slightly pitted. Please check out photos for description. These vintage metal frames are very hard to come by these days. This came on a new Corniche in the early 1980’s.
