Originated in the state of Vermont. A handwritten land deed dated April 2, 1818 has been deciphered and copy is attached to the back.

Vintage 1/2” black frame (recut) and old glass (recut). Green sealing paper on back is also vintage. Document backed inside with ACID-FREE foam core.
