Please Note: All cotton based products can shrink up to 10% when washed for the first time. Measurements are taken with the item laying flat. Whilst we do our best to ensure measurements are correct, there maybe slight discrepancies. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns for medical or incontinence products where the pack has been opened. Please do not return washable products where the packaging has been opened.

This sleeper is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex.

VAT is a tax that the consumer pays when buying goods and services. The standard rate for VAT in the UK is 20%. Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT relief when they buy goods that have been designed for disabled people and are for their own 'personal and domestic use'. International Delivery

International orders are sent using the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Availability and options will vary.

All items are sent in discreet packaging with no logos on display. The return address and debit/credit statement will show "Napus Ltd".

If you wish to cancel or return your order prior to shipment please contact us through the eBay messaging service. If your order hasn't already shipped we will endeavour to process your request but cannot guarantee this. If you have already received your order please let us know you wish to cancel within 30 days. In order to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Prior to returning your item you must contact us through the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with the relevant returns information. Once we have received and processed your return the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund times can vary but typically take 3-5 working days to be processed by the bank.

Unless previously agreed all returns are sent back at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked service and retain the proof of postage.
