Kohzu XM04A-S3-CL with precise FPP03-13 linear positioner.
Resolution goes down to 0.5um! 
The positioner works pretty well, nice and precise, pretty smooth.  The stage itself is in decent cosmetic condition too. 
It is populated with M2 and M3 threads.

FPP03-13 is a drive mechanism developed for optical device assembly alignment equipment that requires high resolution. It smoothly follows alignment operations of ±0.1 dB. Its unique internal structure enables sub-micron positioning, which was difficult with conventional micrometers. In addition, non-backlash operation has been realized (when mounted on our stage).
