Delivery

We offer Free UK mainland delivery on all orders (3-5 Working days), along with other paid options for Express delivery. (1-2 working days).

Please also note: All orders will only be delivered to the address that you provide during the checkout stage on eBay. We are unable to change the delivery address selected after the order is placed.

Returns

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with the quality of our products and customer service, both before and after purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned.

Whether your item has developed a fault, or is damaged, or you are unhappy with the product and change your mind, you can return the product in original condition / unused for a full refund within 30 days.

• Change of mind:

  Please note that returns due to a change of mind (e.g. remorse purchases) need to be returned within 30 days of when you receive the item. In addition, the item needs to be in its original packaging with all contents (if applicable) for the return to be authorised.

  If you wish to return your item within 30 days of purchase, due to a change of mind, please open a return request via eBay and contact us via eBay messages.

  Our customer service team will send you the returns address with RMA (Returns Authorization Number) which you will need to include to return the item.

• Item not as described / malfunctioning

  In the unlikely event that your item is not as described in the listing, arrives in damaged condition, is malfunctioning or missing something which was detailed in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay messages.

  Please contact our customer service team via eBay messages within 7 days of your purchase to inform us about any problems related to your purchase. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed information regarding how to return your item for a refund.

• Arrived damaged

  In the rare occasion where your device has been delivered Damaged by the courier, please make sure to report the situation to our Customer Service team via eBay within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving the shipment from the courier. We can accept these only if reported to our CS team within the stated timeframe.

  Please note: The buyer would be required to keep proof of postage when returning the item/s.

• Refunds

  We aim to inspect and process your return within 2-5 working days of receiving your parcel via refund or replacement as per your choice and availability. However, during busy times processing times may increase.

  In case you have not received your refund or replacement on time, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team via eBay messages for further assistance.
