Health Team Finger Blood Pressure & Pulse Monitor ~ Parts Or Repair.

I couldn’t figure out how to use it. It looks like the battery terminals are corroded, but it does turn on with batteries, but I couldn’t get it to work. I’m not really sure how to get it to work.
