Record is in VG clean, shiny condition, plays through great with no jumps or skips, light hairline/sleeve scuffs under strong light, crackles, still sounds good with good clarity. Labels clean, spindle marks. Cover VG+ has a couple of small seam splits and small tears (see pics) no pen marks or stickers. Rare copy for the collection.
