This is an OEM style pair of car audio speakers. They are the closest you will find to being an exact factory replacement for many vehicles. The specifications are similar to the original equipment that would have been installed with manufacturers basic stereo systems. Especially in older vehicles and classic cars. Unlike other speakers this size, these do not have a tweeter that protrudes above the mounting surface. That's important especially when replacing speakers behind the dash in many vehicles. 

They are specifically designed for car dealers and repair shops. They're an inexpensive quality aftermarket car audio replacement that usually installs easily in factory locations with little to no modifications except for speaker wires. Reliability is excellent and they sound good. The performance is often much better than originals. The best part is they cost much less than anything from the dealer.
