The box is unopened, but there are cracks on the plastic container, as shown in the photo.

I don't think it specifies ink color, but the box and pen are blue sonic, which makes me think it's blue.

There is a tag on the back with the original price of $39.25. The one on the front is probably from a discount store like tj maxx.
