T-Type Stereo Receiver Indoor Dipole FM Radio Antenna with 75 Ohm Adapter Connector

This is a 300 ohm FM stereo indoor dipole "T" type antenna including a 75 ohm push-on adapter. It is the "old school" classic design that has been used for decades with vintage stereo receivers and portable radios. This is what you need if your receiver has a coaxial jack instead of just the twin lead connectors. 

Simply attach the two twin leads from the antenna to the 75 ohm adapter, push the connector on to your FM coaxial jack and you're good to go. The "T" part is 5ft across and there's a 6ft lead wire. Stretch this out completely and mount it as high as possible and it works well. Push pins and/or thumbtacks make it easy to hang.
