This clamp is unbranded. It does have an "L" stamp on it, indicating to me that it is most likely a bass drum spur clamp for the "Left" side of the bass drum. It could also easily be used for accessory mounting to the bass drum hoop. The exact era it represents can not be determined but appears to be from early to mid 1900's.
