CUSTOM ORDERS

Following measurement are required only for custom made to order please provide bear chest measurement or thin t-shirt
Neck - (Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted)
  • Chest - (Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part, typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples)

    Shoulder - (Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder back from the neck. We define the “End of the shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm)

    Sleeves - (End of the shoulder to mid of the palm)

    Bicep - (Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with arms by your side)

    Waist/Stomach - (Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater)

    Hips/Seat - (Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks)

    Length - (Base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket)


    DISPATCH TIME AND ITEM LOCATION

    7 to 10 working days after receiving payment. We are UK stockiest usually shipped to our international customers from our overseas factory.

    In case of custom duty if required to pay at the destination country we will not be responsible for paying any amount in this regard, custom duty would be paid by buyer for item clearance at destination port (if required).

    RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 60 days of receiving item in genuine cases when item features do not match with the listed item or quality is not as per pictured items. We are not responsible for sizing issues and related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs, we only accept exchange. In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.

    In-case of item refund, only item price would be refunded excluding actual shipping cost, same applies for our UK buyers we will refund less actual postage incurred.
