Note that I have no control over transit times once the order is despatched and in the unlikely event that your item is lost or delivered in a damaged condition please contact me and if possible take photographs as in some cases there may be entitlement to recompense from the carrier.

In person pickup is optional by arrangement only as I am not in attendance at the warehouse every day.

If for any reason you would like to return your item you are free to do so within thirty days, with postage at your expense, but please contact me for details on how to proceed. If the item is returned in the condition that it was sent I will refund the purchase price minus the outward postage component.

If the return is due to an error on my part I will cover the cost of all freight as well.
