TESTING:

We do test every item for electrical safety & performance but please understand most items are second hand (unless otherwise stated in listing), it is extremely difficult to test every item & battery on every function under varying loads for varying lengths of time. 

ISSUES:

If you do encounter any problems with the item, delivery or service please contact us and we will do our utmost to sort any issues as quickly as possible.

Our customer service is a top priority to us. 

RETURNS:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

Buyer must pay original & return postage.

Return postage must be tracked & insured.

Any items that arrived damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Unless there is something wrong with the item or the item is not received. Then all costs will be covered by us.

For any items that are returned under false allegations, there will be a 20% restock fee deducted from the refund and the buyer will be reported to ebay.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

We do try and send parcels out as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours of purchase unless the item is purchased during Bank Holidays and weekends, in which case the item will be despatched on the next working day.

Our courier service is Monday to Friday only; parcels will not be collected from us or delivered over the weekend.

Royal Mail delivery service is Monday to Saturday only; parcels will not be collected from us over the weekend.

If you are opting for the 2nd class postage service, please keep in mind that this a slower service than 1st class postage service and in some instances such as Royal Mail strikes, Bank Holidays, bad weather conditions, etc it can take up to 10 working days for you to receive your item although this is in rare cases and most 2nd class services are delivered within 3 working days.

Therefore it is advisable that if you are in a hurry for your item to select the 1st class option at checkout.

Royal Mail does not class items as lost until 10 business days have passed.

We are unable to open a lost in post claim until this time has elapsed.

For larger items we only send to UK Mainland.

Please do check the excluded postage locations within the listing and there may be additional postage charges if you purchase from outside these areas.

If purchasing from outside these areas Please message to check if there would be any additional postage costs first.

If you do purchase from outside these areas, we may use a slower delivery service or cancel the order altogether.

BUYER & SELLER PROTECTION:

Unfortunately due to a few people on eBay buying items & returning their faulty ones. Every item is security marked inside & out (including batteries) and all serial numbers are taken.

We also offer a 30 days return policy. If an item has been returned in a damaged state by the customer or sent a fraudulent return, than buyer would have to pay up to 50% of the amount paid at checkout.
