This listing is for one brand McGaughy's 3" front / 5" rear drop shocks. This kit is designed to fit the 07-13 Chevrolet Avalanche 2WD, 07-13 Cadillac Escalade 2WD, 07-13 Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD, 07-13 Chevrolet Suburban 2WD & 07-13 GMC Yukon 2WD models. This kit is not for use on vehicles with rear air suspension, must use 17" wheels. All parts are brand new sealed in the factory box. They have never been opened or installed.

Like all McGaughy's suspension, this kit is designed for fast, easy, bolt-on installation. All parts are CAD designed and precision formed for the best fit and finish available. All kits are designed so the average customer can install the parts at home on a weekend. Each kit comes with basic installation instructions as well as all necessary hardware.

This item is shipped via UPS. We ship in the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or international. Express shipping is available on most items for an additional charge. Please contact us prior to purchasing to get an express shipping quote.

Most items leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after a cleared payment has been received. We do not work on weekends so if you order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Once processed the item will ship Fedex from our warehouse in 1-3 business days.

Most orders arrive to you in 7-10 business days (roughly 2 weeks). We do our very best to provide all buyers with a tracking number once their item has been shipped. We will upload the shipping information to eBay as well as send you an email with the information. We do not guarantee any item to arrive in less than 7-10 business days (roughly 2 weeks) unless you pay for expedited shipping.

All of our products carry with them the full manufacturers warranty for as long as you own the part.

Any and all warranty related issues will he handled according to the manufacturers warranty procedure. Most factory warranties require the buyer to return the part direct to the factory for repair or replacement. The buyer is responsible for all cost associated with warranty repairs and exchanges.At no time will we return, exchange, replace or repair a part for any reason that is outside the factory warranty.

All parts are carefully inspected prior to shipping out. We do our best to package all parts well but damaged can occur from time to time. Please report all damages to 1-877-667-7407 within 24hrs of receipt of the part. We will assist you in initiating a damage claim with the shipping company (UPS, Fedex, US Mail) and once the claim is paid we will ship a replacement part.
