I send everything by second class Royal Mail second class or parcelforce. I put the correct postage price according to the size with insurance at the asking price but if it exceeds that I may need to ask for more. But that’s a rare occurrence. I try to recycle as much packaging as possible these days but I do have to buy some packaging materials so I add extra on to the cost of postage to cover that.
