We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of sale. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. The Purchaser must pay for any postage costs back to Jefferson Hyundai. All products sold by Jefferson Hyundai are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty repair/replacement policies only. Any mistakes made by Jefferson Hyundai will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered.

Regardless if the mistake was made by Jefferson Hyundai or not, the purchaser is required to assist Jefferson Hyundai in taking the item to their local post office in order to begin the return process. Failing to comply will be considered as an agreement in keeping the purchased part/accessory. Assistance in taking the part to local post office will not apply to parts that weighs over 20kg or the length over 110cm, please contact us for other options.

Please note: Below are parts that we will not accept returns for, unless damaged or faulty:

Mechanical: Gearboxes, transfer cases and Motor engines

Electric parts: Ignition coils, Starter motors, window regulators/actuators.

Liquids: Coolants, transmission oil, hand cleaners.

Large accessories: such as bull bars and towbars.

Once your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to add to it, cancel or modify your order. If it's been less than an hour since your purchase, and we have not sent the item yet, you can cancel your order yourself on eBay. Otherwise, you will have to contact our Customer Service Team by phone for direct cancellation.

Please note: Once the order processes and has entered the warehouse for picking and despatch, we will do our best to cancel if notified by phone within 1 hour, after this time or if communicating by message we will do our best but cancellation is not guaranteed.

What’s Covered:

Hyundai warrants that parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months. If a defect occurs, the part will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded at Hyundai’s discretion. All parts warranty claims are carried out at a authorised Hyundai dealership Service Centre with the vehicle present at the dealership.

• Warranty only applies if the part is purchased and fitted by an authorised Hyundai dealer or authorised service centre.
• This warranty is not transferable.
• Any claim must include proof of purchase (e.g. a valid receipt).
• Labour costs are only covered if the part is fitted by an authorised Hyundai dealer or Hyundai service outlet.

What’s Not Covered:

• Parts fitted to non-compatible vehicles or used incorrectly.
• Vehicles that have been written off or sold by an insurer.
• Wear and tear, neglect, misuse, accidents, or environmental damage.
• Parts fitted or modified by unauthorised service providers.
• Damage from external conditions like salt, sap, hail, or animals.
