I’m hoping that the photographs speak for themselves and that the hours spent taking and editing them will convey all that needs conveying. However, each individual bowl, cake stand or tray/dish is an impressive piece of art work in its own right in my opinion, but there is something rather astounding seeing the collection in all its glory when laid out as a whole. It is only then that you can appreciate the full extent of this range’s undertaking and the full panoply of varying cultures and designs. You could opt for something more homogenous and some retailers do offer up sets of 2 of one design. However, I think that would be to entirely miss the point of the collection- it is the seemingly accidental, incongruous and idiosyncratic nature of the individual pieces when brought together that there is in fact created a perfectly harmonious and balanced service. One could rile against the reductiveness of reducing continents, nations and cultures to one single design, but that again would be to miss the point and find controversy and friction where there need not be any. If anything this a shining example of how these diverse designs reveal the uniqueness of individualities, but also their innate similarities with both aspects worthy of exploring and importantly of celebrating.

Without original packaging as was part of my own collection so I can guarantee you that it is in an unused, new and excellent condition.

As you can see from my listings I have virtually the entirety of Seletti & Ctrlzak’s Hybrid Collection currently available. Although a few new items are trickling out, such as oil and vinegar bottles. I’m more than happy to consider custom bundles. I’ve listed them according to my own categorisation of the pieces but you may have your own. For example you may want just the latest release encompassing Britain/India, France/Africa and Spain/South America, or vice versa the original phases of just East/West. I hope that you’ll appreciate I’m unwilling to sell perhaps just the one item but please message any request you may have. I’d suggest looking at and considering it as a large collection, but likewise I fully appreciate you may only have been waiting so long (milk jug/creamer particularly) for one item to become available.

I hope you will also appreciate that I have the highest regard for this set and unlike you now who has the opportunity to acquire it in one simplified, postage saving and avoiding far flung ether searching exercise, I built this up over many years. So just as I’ll respect you can I likewise ask that you respect me and the collection itself and refrain from outlandish “cheeky” offers or requests. Respect shouldn’t have to be asked for but sometimes people need reminding of its importance sadly.

I’m allowing myself 2 days to have this appropriately and then more for added security. This is a feat in itself with all the materials and time needed and which I’m more than happy to do. But please factor that in to your thinking about the set and the value I’ve assigned to it as this is a business.

Courier would be Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured, tracked and dispatched then next working day with guaranteed delivery before 13:00 the following day. It may well be that a white glove delivery is preferable for cost as well as the added delicacy of the delivery. However, until someone purchases won’t know the configuration of that order so I can only be speculative with postage/courier costs. I sold a far more complete Hybrid to a customer Nottingham and it all arrived intact so I’m confident enough about getting it to you in one piece. What I will promise is to consult with you if I feel I need a larger contribution than I have already asked for and likewise will reimburse if able. I am completely open and transparent when it comes to postage so rest assured I’m not offering a “discount” only to inflate the postage to cancel it out for my own gain.
