Shipping

All orders are shipped the same working day if received before 2pm. Our standard FREE UK service is Royal Mail 48 with an approximate delivery schedule of 3-5 working days.

If you need your item to arrive more quickly we offer Royal Mail 24, 1st Class Tracked & Special Delivery for an additional charge.

Overseas shipping is offered to most locations & is priced based on the weight of the goods so can be expensive; we apologise if this makes certain items prohibitive to buy from abroad.

All goods are sent securely, in non-branded packaging & where possible we will use eco-friendly materials or upcycle cardboard to protect your goods in transit.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied, please first of all contact us directly so we can try to resolve the problem.

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We may withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if goods are sent back in an un-saleable condition & will reject a refund request against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale.

We'll pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), however if you have simply changed your mind, then we are not able to reimburse your postage.

Claims

Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, please be aware that if you do not receive your goods in the estimated time, unless recorded or next day delivery service has been selected, we cannot claim compensation on your behalf until 15 working days after posting - this is in line with Royal Mail guidelines for expected delivery schedules.

Any claims for undelivered goods will be investigated with the courier and you may be required to sign a self-declaration form before we can re-send or refund your order.

Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 days from receipt of your item and returned to us for inspection before we can send a replacement or issue a refund, therefore it is important that you check the contents of your parcel as soon as it is received.

All of our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and each item has been tested and passed by the relevant governing body - therefore we do not accept claims for goods that you have used and do not like the smell or feel of, or if they do not live up to realistic expectations of performance.
