Shipments:
Shipments are sent out each day,You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will supply tracking information directly to your ebay account once the shipping label is created.Large items generally ship UPS or FEDEX, these items cannot be delivered to a PO box. We do accept a PO box for all small itemsWe offer free shipping on most items, we reserve the right to use either UPS, USPS, or FEDEX for your items. Depending on your location and the items weight, we may use the most economic shipping service based on the transit time.

Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the package being delivered. Most items, we offer 30 Day free returns. We may refuse any return older than 30 days old, often we will accept them, but you will be resposible for the return shipping.Items returned that have been used or damaged and cannot be sold as new, will be charged upto a 50% restocking fee.Items that have a manufacturing defect should be photographed and messaged to us through eBay, sometimes these items can just be replaced, other times we will send a return label to get the defective part back.

Returns are generated through eBay, you must look at the top right for the "My eBay" drop down, from there you will select "Purchase History", this will bring up all the items you have purchased on eBay. Look for the item you want to return and click on "More actions", then select "Return". This will initiate a return through eBay. If the item has free returns (which most of our items do), You will get a return label from eBay sent to you. If you do not get a return label, contact us, we can also send you a return label. Please make sure to research the part number you need, all units have a model number, most of these model numbers can be searched online to find a parts diagram. The parts diagram will show you the part numbers for each item. Once you have the part number, verify that it is included in our listing, this will insure you order the correct part.
