Description:
The RF power amplifier is powered by 28V (32V), with a static current of 130mA and a working current range of 0.6A to 1.2A. The module is compact in size, with a wide operating frequency range covering U/V/L/S bands. The full-band flatness is good. In the full frequency band of 30M-3000M, the output power is greater than 10W. When the working voltage is 32V, the output power can reach 12W. This module can be used as an output amplifier for signal sources, EMC testing, and output power interference amplifier for drones. It can also be used as a driver stage for ultra-wideband high-power amplifiers. We provide the size diagram of the module. The module can be used directly as a system module or as a verification platform.
