Nat Karson, producer and designer of costumes, sets, and lighting in theatrical and television productions in New York. Art director of Manhattan’s famed Radio City Music Hall. 

George Gershwin (American 1898 - 1937) American composer and pianist whose compositions spanned popular, jazz and classical genres. Among his best-known works are the orchestral compositions Rapsody in Blue (1924) and An American in Paris (1928)
