Directions

Before using the tongue cleaner, rinse it with warm water to ensure cleanliness. Hold the handles firmly and extend your tongue out as far as comfortable. Place the curved cleaning edge at the back of your tongue. Gently scrape the surface of the tongue from back to front with light pressure. Repeat 2-3 times. Rinse the tongue cleaner under running water to remove any residue. Clean the tongue cleaner thoroughly after each use with warm water and mild soap.
