PAYMENT/SHIPPING

    All items are shipped within 24 hours of received payment in poly bags, just like Victoria's Secret.  Any creases or wrinkles will come out in the wash.  Monitors display colors differently, I do my best to take photos and describe colors to the best of my ability.  


If this is not acceptable, please do not purchase. 

RETURNS

You may return your item for a full refund, provided that you please contact me within 30 days of receiving the item.  The item must be shipped back within 1 week of notification/approval with a tracking number, which must be forwarded to me. Retail tags MUST still be attached, so please try the item on before cutting of the tags.   Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returned panties and thongs.
