This is a Mattel Vintage 1965-1966 Barbie Doll Rare Accessory, the Rust Variation of the Scarf for Nine to Five #1701. It is in Good Condition and has a pinhole near the right-side tie. It is made of taffeta and accented with floral trim and red edging. It has some wrinkling at the ties.
