It comes with an original Apple charger and VGA and Displayport video adapters, so that you can hook the laptop up to video devices that support either of those standards (monitors, projectors, etc.).

It has some scratches as seen in the pictures, and a small dent to the left of the trackpad.  When booting the laptop, you can hear that the laptop's speakers work as you will hear the bootup chime.  After the laptop has booted, the audio only works via the headphone jack.  I have not been able to discern the reason for this and have happily lived with it as I use the laptop with my bluetooth headphones rather than subjecting the general public to sounds from my laptop.  The trackpad is not great at allowing the user to "click" on items, so using an external mouse is recommended.
