We typically dispatch orders within 48 hours, but this is only after we receive print-ready artwork. If your artwork is not suitable for large-format printing or is the incorrect size or scale for the purchased print size, this will delay your order.

Please ensure your artwork is print-ready to avoid any delays.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an ebay message with our email for you to email us your artwork for printing. If you need a custom size, don't hesitate to contact us!

Be sure to include your eBay user ID/order number in the email subject or body so that we can accurately process your order.

Here are some important guidelines for your artwork submission:

1. File Format: Ensure your artwork is in CMYK color mode, preferred format is pdf but can be jpeg, ai, eps, psd, png etc.
2. Size: Please send your artwork at the correct size for the print you purchased.
3. Resolution: The artwork must be suitable for large-format printing.
4. If possible, send the original editable design file in PDF format.
5. File Size: If the file exceeds 20MB, please use a file-sharing service (e.g., WeTransfer) and send us the download link via eBay message.

Standard Delivery

• Courier: Evri / Yodel
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 working days, starting after the item has been dispatched.
• Larger Items: Items exceeding 120cm in length or 60cm in width will be shipped via Yodel, with the same 2-3 working days delivery time.

Next Day Delivery

• Turnaround: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving print-ready artwork or your approval to print.
• Expedited Service: If you require a quicker service, we may be able to accommodate your request, but please note that there will be an additional charge.
• Additional Info: Contact us with the size, thickness, and quantity of boards for an accurate quote.
• A1 size and smaller is £9.99 for next day delivery.
• A0 size next day delivery is £16.99 because of parcel size.
