Return Policy:

Unwanted Goods:

We ofer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused and in a resalable condition otherwise are not eligible for a refund. Items returned after 30 days or with poor condition packaging will be subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fee.

2. Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this.

3. Please use a traceable service, otherwise there is a possibility the courier could misdeliver your goods and your parcel will not be relocated. We cannot be responsible for which courier you choose to return any items back with.

Order Cancellations:

Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in ? this is even shorter if you have selected a Next Day delivery option. Please contact us immediately by and our team will do their best to arrange this for you. Please note:

1.Emailing us that you wish to cancel your order does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.

2. Once an order is in the despatching process, we are then unable to cancel it.
