Warranty Policy:

• 120-days replacement warranty for DOA (Dead On Arrive) and all manufacturer defective such as line (vertical and horizontal line), fuzzy, & distorted image.
• In accordance with ISO 13406-2 norm, 2-5 dead pixels are acceptable. If you do not agree this norm, please skip this auction. 

Return Policy:

• Please contact with us in advance when you want to return items.
• The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is necessary for all refund or return items. Return item without RMA number is not acceptable.
• Please contact with us within 7 days when you receive a DOA or a shipping damaged item.
• 20% re-stock fee will be charged for all non-defective, part not used, part not need, and wrong part order return.
• Customers have responsibility for all return shipping charges in whole cases.
• Shipping fee is non-refundable for all return shipment including defective return, part not need, and wrong part order.
• Customers need to pay 2-way shipping fee if ordering the wrong items.
• Use our packing methods (bubble rope or sponge form) or similar ways to pack it well and return to us. Do not pack by envelope or breakable box. LCD screen is fragile.

Payment Policy:

• PayPal.
• Please pay your payment within 5 days after purchased.
• Unpaid auction customer will be put unpaid by eBay.
• All shipment to Texas address need pay the extra sale tax of 8.25%.

Shipping Policy:

• Ground or Priority shipping is $9.98 for 48 U.S. States.
• Expedited 2~3 Days shipping is $28 for 48 U.S. States.
  
• The Overnight shipping is $45 for 48 U.S. States.
• Your order will be shipped out in the same days if the payment is received before 3:00PM Central Time. Any order and payment receive after 3:00PM Central Time will be shipped out next business day.
