These Riello SDH 1500 A5 UPS have new batteries fitted and are fully tested by UPS technicians before dispatch. They are ready to use on delivery and carry our 12-month RTB warranty.
These UPS are an online design, which is the most advanced topology and makes them well suited to powering and protecting sensitive electronic equipment.
These efficient UPS feature a bright and informative LCD control panel which can be rotated through 90 degrees to suit installation as a rack-mount or tower.
These UPS came in original Riello boxes, but some of the boxes were in poor condition. We'll use the boxes when they are good, and pack with our own materials when not.
Together with the refurbished UPS, the following items are included:
• 1x UK mains input lead
• 2x C13-14 output leads
• 1x USB lead
• 2x rack-mounting ears affixed to the UPS
• 2x feet to support the UPS in tower configuration
• New cells fitted to the battery pack

Riello give an overload rating on these UPS, so you can run it at 125% maximum rated load for 4 seconds. This not common, most manufacturers simply say not to overload a UPS. This gives confidence in the design, components and margins being given by the manufacturer.
Our products are comprehensively tested by UPS experts and are fully working. They are second user, and will have cosmetic signs of previous use.
The grading is A-Grade which we class as as good as you can get without having new. We touch up or re-spray cases as needed. We have been supplying UPS since 2002 and are the respected leader in the field, with the most used stock in Europe. Our experience reduces the occurrence of problems, and the availability of resources and stock we hold means we have the ability to quickly resolve issues when they do arise.
We set our same day dispatch times on eBay as a guide. This is a broad stroke estimation, as our items are of varying complexity. While simple orders can be packed and shipped quickly, large units or volume quantities may roll over to being dispatched the following working day. You can contact us if you need to be sure of when we can send an order and we can make a plan.
All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit. We can ship to the EU (transit time varies) and have experience packing and shipping to overseas destinations. The EU shipping costs are estimated and can be subject to surcharge. Large UPS may be palletised or shipped with the UPS in one box, and the cells in another. We have the packing materials to make sure that there are few problems in transit. Our warehouse is based in the UK.
When we process the order, we issue a dispatch notification via email. This will have a PDF invoice attached, and detail which courier we have shipped with, along with the tracking number and any pertinent information & guidance.
