Instructions for icing sheet.

Ensure you leave the plastic film on the the back of the icing sheet for cutting out the toppers. This will help the icing keep it's shape and prevent any damage from being done.
Use a clean, dry, sharp scissors to cut out your toppers.
Once you have cut out your toppers peel away the film on the back and place them on to your cake(s) - we would advise placing the toppers onto butter icing or frosting. They will stick to marzipan or fondant icing - you should use a very small amount of water to dampen the marzipan. It will become tacky enough to then stick on the topper.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT let water come in to contact with the edible image before or after it is on the cake! The sheet will simply melt and ruin the image.

  • When the images are printed out onto icing sheets, the colour may not be exactly the same as the original. It tends to be a few shades different, but not usually that noticeable. We use the best software and printers, our icing sheets are of the highest quality.
  • Logo is not  onto the cake topper

All of our printed toppers are printed at high definition using printers that have only been used with edible inks.

Standard Delivery (1st Class) FREE SHIPPING. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery - There is no tracking number provided with this service. We only post Monday-Friday, we do not post on weekends. If your order is placed after 1pm on Friday, these will not be posted until the following Monday. Your order can arrive Mon-Sat Only - no post arrives on Sundays.

This is not a guaranteed service and can take longer to arrive in some areas, do allow 7-10 working days before contacting us, so its best to order 2 weeks before you need the cake topper. 
We will not be held responsible for any postal delays, therefore suggest you place your orders well in advance of the event.

Delayed or Lost Items:

Should orders exceed 10 working days past the Royal Mail expected delivery date, we can then make a claim against Royal Mail and either refund in full or resend the item at no cost to you.

Toppers are send out with Royal Mail 1st Class same day if ordered by 12PM (Mon - Friday).

Packaging Information

Your personalised cake toppers will be placed in a food graded grip seal re-sealable plastic clear bag, which will help the icing sheet to remain fresh, then it will be placed within a cardboard backed envelope for protection.
