Although 95% of Royal Mail post arrives within the estimated time, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and delivery may take longer in some cases. If fast delivery is important to you, we highly recommend choosing one of our priority postage options.

Please feel free to contact us at any time via eBay messaging service.

We're based in the UK and available from 8am to 6pm.

If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your order, please contact us before taking any other action.

We appreciate your business and take pride in maintaining a high level of customer service and after-sales support, so you may be assured that your queries will be answered promptly.

Items may be returned to us for any reason by prior arrangement and within 60 days of purchase.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued on receipt of un-used items which are in undamaged and re-saleable condition.
