Returns Information

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from us. If at any time within 60 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement.

Please return your product in the ORIGINAL box, including device, charger, battery, instructions and other components. All merchandise must be in like new condition.  Please do not remove the serial number sticker. Shipping charges may apply.

If an item becomes faulty after 30 days then the customer qualifies for a warranty claim within 1 year of receiving your order. Please return your product in the ORIGINAL box, including device, charger, battery, instructions and other components. Any returned items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted.

Once your returned item has been received and checked, a refund will be initiated via original payment method. GoPro will not be accountable for covering the postage of your returned item unless the item is faulty, damaged or has been delivered incorrectly.
