When purchasing multiple items over 8 items, we will upgrade your postage free of charge to a faster tracked service.

We aim to provide goods to your door within 5 working days (except when the shop is on holiday mode) 

Sometimes deliveries can take up to 10 working days, this is when royal mail are busier than usual. If after 10 days you don't have your items, please message us directly. (not by opening a case please) We will resolve and make arrangements where needed. 

We accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged

We do not accept returns if the item you have bought is by mistake or the customisation is wrong or entered incorrectly.

If you have made an error in submitting personalisation, immediately message us or request to cancel the order. This MUST be done within 5 Minutes of placing the order, failure to do so will mean we send the items as originally requested.
