This listing features a vintage hand-made wooden container, dark brown, great patina, most likely of African origin.  The base container has interesting decoration and the lid has a special figurative and animal feature. 

Item dimensions:  Approximately 6" tall, including lid and its decorative figure; 2-5/8" average diameter at the circular base of the container; inside diameter at the container rim is 2" and depth of container is 2"; decorative figure on top of lid is 2-7/8" tall.
