Important information worth knowing whilst shoping around to upgrade your cabling:-- This listing is for only the best quality genuine SOLID COPPER(cca) available
- NOT Stranded like others that you should stay away from as stranded wiring are terrible for sending information down past 1m (genuine wires are only ever usually manufactured for businesses with solid wires)
- Mine on offer actually have FTP(foil twisted pairs) shielding. Others claim to be 'shieled' but they just have metal plugs and not actual shielded cabling unlike mine on offer that have both)...
- BE AWARE OF FAKE ('CAT9', 'CAT8', 'CAT7' 'CAT6'(unshielded)/'CAT6a') Stranded CABLES AVAILABLE ELSEWHERE (in similar style listings to mine). They're impossible to fit RJ12 plugs so they use fakes with strands instead of solid wiring like mine!
Nearly all others similar that are available on ebay are actually poor quality stranded wires that have no foil shielding along the wire.
Using more than Cat6(10Gbps+ at below 50m runs) is pointless for nearly everyone. Even for future proofing as fibre optical digial cable is the modern future proofing option if deciding to spend more than this...
- Also avoid others on sale using braid to cover up fake cables that they claim are high 'CAT6a'/'CAT8' as most are actually CAT5 or worse(can say this confidently as I have purchased them along with other types to confirm myself as unshielded fakes)!!

Also
ferrite filters(the lumps on cables others have for sale) make next to
no difference with genuine shielded cabling like ours on offer. They're a gimmick..
The CAT6a cable wires are too thick for RJ11/RJ12 plugs and the ones sold elsewhere are fake printed cables as in it has writing printed on thier cable that is usually cat5(poor quality) or worse.

connectors can only take 23awg-26awg. 22Awg(thicker) or less is too thick and
thats why stranded is used as not all strands are used to fit holes for wires. Defeating the purpose...
Genuine cat6a,cat7,cat8> are 22awg-20awg which is thicker and too thick for the plugs..

Beyond 20m+ and longer connections start to degrade
no matter how good of an ethernet metal wire cable is used. This sort
of cable past 20m+ is still a best bet to maintain connection compared
to unshielded at these lengths.
