HP cards with some whitening to the edges or corners. Front or back might have dried substances on it that's visible directly or indirect / at an angle. Texture may feel off from typical magic the gathering cards. May also be creasing or folding. In general the card you receive may be better as described but should not be worse. However I'm not a professional grader and should you disagree please message me to resolve.
