The gemstone are Jade, Turquoise, Amethyst and maybe carnelian. 

I am including for fun a pair of carved coral rose flower earrings with carved jade leaves and rhinestones.  These earrings are fun costume with real coral and jade.  The earring posts are thicker than normal and the earring backs do not match.
