phosphorus, copper, manganese and thiamine. 100 grams of sesame oil contains
35% of the daily value of calcium, 74% of copper and 31% of magnesium. The
caloric content of 1 tablespoon is 52 calories.
Sesame
oil on an empty stomach is used for gastritis and constipation. It envelops the
walls of the stomach, restores the mucous membrane, and has a laxative effect.
Dosage: 2 tsp. 2-3 times a day.
Just 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil per day increases the
amount of calcium in the body by 3 times.
