This gorgeous choker necklace is an authentic David Yurman piece in sterling silver and 14K yellow gold stamped D.Y. 925 585.  

The necklace is a 15" choker with genuine blue topaz faceted beads that total approximately 7+ carats.  

The necklace fastens by pushing in the end of the clasp to lock it in, and to unfasten you lift up on the center of the clasp and lift lightly.
