Instructions:

1. Add enzymes to your mix of grains and stir. (warmer is better 110-120 F.)
2. Hydrate the yeast according to the specific recipe.
3. Pitch the hydrated yeast into your wort at the appropriate temperature usually 90 F. 
4. Allow the yeast to ferment according to your chosen beer style.

Storage:

• Store unopened yeast in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, store yeast in the refrigerator and use within the recommended timeframe.
