  • Our jewelry is under warranty for 30 days against any defects in material or workmanship. If a stone falls out of your jewelry due to a defect, we will replace it at no charge. (This warranty does not cover physical damage that may occur to the jewelry due to rough handling.)
  • All sales are limited to a 30-day return policy for all reasons.
  • We do not accept return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
  • To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as sent to the buyer.
